What is padel tennis?

Padel is a fast-paced, fun, and sociable racquetball sport that combines elements of tennis, squash, and badminton. It's played in doubles on a small, enclosed court with glass walls and a net, with the walls being used as part of the game.

From beginner to pro

At 17, Ana María Cabrejas started playing padel tennis. Five years later, she decided to go pro, and now, she's a force to be reckoned with, ranked among the world's top 100 players.

Dominating the court

Cabrejas's impressive padel career includes bronze at the junior world championships, silver at the Pan American Games, and most recently a bronze at the 2023 edition. She's also competed in eight absolute world championships.
