Our work looks holistically at the systemic changes required to ensure no-one is left behind. We're working at the grassroots and policy levels on housing, transport, local communities, green jobs, green finance, social infrastructure and the processes involved.

Improvements to retrofit and green building are important, but do little to help access to housing, its high cost, and the poor quality of much of our housing stock. Radical transformation of the housing sector is needed to properly address the crises of climate and inequality.

Case Study: Transport
Investment in transport is heavily skewed towards commuting and car usage, and is unaffordable for many. Transformation is required that recognises access to public transport as a universal basic right, enabling people to move around in a safe, healthy and affordable way.
