'In the Academy, Kobuladze started learning the Georgian art sites and became fascinated with the Italian art of the Renaissance period. Kobuladze worked at the Z.Paliashvili Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, Rustaveli Theatre and Marjanishvili Theatre and also collaborated with the Moscow Theatre.'

'Painter's style of illustrations was unique and influenced many artists afterwards.Kobuladze decorated performances in Marjanishvili and Rustaveli theatres, the Zakaria Paliashvili State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Moscow Bolshoi Theatre.The artist took active part in exhibitions in Moscow and other cities from 1930 onwards. In the 1950s his works were sent to Venice and London.'
