The wealth of art
The furnishing of the church was modestly planned for political reasons and financial institutions in the 17th century. The paintings on all four galleries, of which there are about two hundred in total, give the impression of wealth and splendor.

Lower Silesian art
The whole is complemented by a ceiling covered with white and blue floral ornaments, which were made in the Lower Silesian folk style.
The paintings in blue
The pictures were painted directly on wood or linen, which were later stretched. The authors of all the paintings worked under the supervision of Jerzy Flegel from Kowary.

Biblical scenes
The second gallery shows 72 scenes from the New Testament, counting from below, and the fourth one shows 71 biblical scenes from the Old Testament. Each picture has an appropriate sentence from the Bible.
Nobelty and castles
In the remaining galleries, there are coats of arms and seats of noble families (e.g. the lodge of the Schweinichen spouses - Gersdorff shows the castle of Świna and Sichów).
Further on, the beautifully made woodcarving elements include 14 heraldic cartouches hanging over the 4th gallery.
The Pulpit
One of the most beautiful elements of the church equipment is the baroque pulpit from 1670, the work of the sculptor Mateusz Knote from Legnica. The pulpit is supported by a real human size, an angel holding a book with the inscription "The Eternal Gospel".
The majestic blue in the middle of the Altar
The altar was founded by the Hochberg family in 1672 and is the work of the master carpenter, Michał Schneider from Kamienna Góra. In the central part of the altar there is a painting of "Jesus in Gethsemane" - a work donated to the parish on the occasion of the 200 anniversary.
The Baptismal font
Noteworthy in the church are also: a wooden baptismal font from 1655 - the oldest element of the church furnishings funded by the von Schweinitz family and four confessionals located under the lodges of the von Schweinitz and von Hochberg families.

The Organ
The organ was built for the first time in 1663 by the Legnica constructor Johann Hofrichter. It was a considerable expense for the parish, especially since the instrument required frequent and costly repairs.
In 1855, for the bicentenary of the construction of the church, Andreas Lumert, an organ builder from Wrocław, built a new organ that counts 26 voices. In 1896 they were extended by Henryk Schlag from Świdnica.
