"Pride is usually taught as a sin - for me, it's about letting go. Letting go of self-hatred and declaring a fight against people who tell me that being myself is sinful or undesirable. I wanted to play my part as an intersex person, very rarely (if ever) have intersex people been included in conversations, pride movements or even giant advertising campaigns." Anick, London.

CORINNE CUMMING She/her:

Corinne first walked into Her Upstairs in Camden in 2015. Since then, she has gone on to shoot most of the queer nightlife and personalities that London has to offer.

Corinne said: "We’ve managed to source photographers and subjects from across the LGBTQ+ spectrum, throughout the UK and from many different ethnicities which is so exciting and unique. For LGBTQ+ photographers and their subjects to be able to choose how they want to be represented via their art on a national platform, that’s really special.”

"Pride Inside is a different perspective on a major part of my life and I always welcome new angles for raising awareness and visibility. Diverse representation in our community is so needed, a breath of fresh air if you will." - Smashlyn, London

"Pride means love, a moment where we share love and give and receive love. No matter what fight we are marching for, equality, acceptance, inclusivity as long as we are doing it with love in our hearts we shall be heard - that’s what pride means to me. Pride is a very special time for me and I’ve shared a couple of times with my mum and so it was only natural that we showcase that even stuck together indoors, me and mama are gonna still celebrate!" - Mahatma, London
