The Salon de Arte Realista was born to make figurative or hyper-realistic art a continuous creative experience that provides all kinds of knowledge and the beauty of another reality, which is only in the hands of artists.
This AEPE contest is an important event, and an excellent opportunity to present the talent and quality of all artists and has two awards instituted especially to honor the founders of the centennial entity and to finish remembering the importance of this The appointment has in the entity's exhibition calendar: the José Villegas Cordero Painting Medal and the Juan Cristóbal Sculpture Medal.
