Madama Butterfly

Madama Butterfly is a show about tragic love over seas, set in Japan which is the influence for both the set and the costumes.

In the show the lead woman, Butterfly gives birth to a child. That is the reason as to why children are a part of this show.

Madama Butterly was composed and written by Giacomo Puccini. The opera was originally composed to be a two act opera, but then Puccini split his original act two into two parts.

The set used for this show was in collaboration with Jun Kaneko.
