The Great Performance Series
“Great Performance Series” is program which the audience can enjoy great performances that could only be heard by masterpiece record. Since 2016, various artists including pianist Krystian Zimerman, Rudolf Buchbinder, Seong Jin Cho, violinist Kyung Wha Chung, 12 Cellists of the Berlin Philharmonic, etc. have honored the Great Performance Series.

The members of the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra performed a near-perfect stage because they have been performing together for a long time and graced the Great Performance Series of Daegu Concert House.

Insight Series
“Insight Series” is a performance program prepared for only 200 audiences. The performances are specially programed for the audiences who respect the musical depth of the artist who walked a single path for a long time. Audiences can have a deep insight of the artist’s private musical message and feel the true impression of the music through this series.

The harpsichord recital of Suzuki Masaaki who is the master of Baroque music of this era containing the soul of Bach took place at the Chamber Hall of Daegu Concert House in 2018.
The works of Couperin and Bach performed on the harpsichord were sufficient to appreciate the sound closer to the essence of early music.

Violinist Inmo Yang who became to win the first prize of the Paganini International Violin Competition brightened 2021 Insight Series. In 2022, He won the first prize of Jean Sibelius International Violin Competition and have been recognized as a young virtuoso.
