10 Years of Mural Magic - Part 2

By 2018, Mural Expo had become a highlight of the Plaza District Festival in OKC, reinforcing its status as a public art staple in OKC. Continuing the pattern of growth, the 2018 expo welcomed artists from across the nation and even as far away as Puerto Rico.

Jeremy Nichols is a muralist and painter from Portland Oregon who's work blends elements of graphic design and nature.

In response to the COVID‑19 pandemic OMS reimagined the event’s format. Instead of a festival‑aligned mural week, artists painted periodically throughout September and October, bringing art to the district in a socially distanced way to protect the artists and visitors.

Skip Hill is an artists from Tulsa Oklahoma who works in a variety of mediums including collage, drawing, painting, and murals.

Tiffany McKnight is a multidisciplinary artist, muralist, and surface designer based in Oklahoma City. 

Jaiye Farrell is an Oklahoma City artist know for his abstract pattern paintings and murals.

SM Sanz is an illustrator and muralist from Panama, now living in Texas, who specializes in portraits of strong female characters.

May Yang is a Tulsa Oklahoma based abstract artist, printer, and muralist.
