Paul Céezanne was Post-Impressionist French painter who lived in early 19th century and early 20th century. Like most post impressionist painters , he also made brush strokes more visible. Using plane of colors was one of his different styles. Like in this painting, we can see brush strokes and unnatural colors. Geometric shapes also used for the woman's bodies.
