This gallery includes street art from all over the world. It is meant to show the artistic skill that some might define as graffiti. It is however still an art form and so should be seen as such. Depicted here are works from well known street artists such as Banksy and Space Invader whose work is mostly in London, as well as some other less known artists from elsewhere.

Waterfall, Gábor Imre, 1990, From the collection of: East Side Gallery
Named waterfall this artwork depicts water falling down the wall. It's an interesting piece though because it's like the water is falling up and down, like a cycle. A sort of perpetual waterfall. The color is an important formal element as most people see water as blue. Shape is also important. The curls of the water at the bottom allow you to tell which was the water is flowing.
Installation of Water Means Life, Lorenzo Petrantoni, 2014/2015, From the collection of: The Water Tank Project
This piece was part of the water tank project, which was supposed to help bring life to the water tanks, give the people something to look at. It depicts creatures that you may find living in water. As the title states water means life. The color is important, It's subtle as to not distract drivers, but t give it the life it needs.
The Smoker, Shai Dahan, 2013, From the collection of: TED
This piece shows a man in a tuxedo smoking what appears to be a cigar. It deals with balance. Half of the painting is normal with a black suit, but then the other half a more wild scene, It is filled with more color, and covers his face to add a hint of mystery.
Shok-1, Shok-1, 2014-03-24/2014-03-24, From the collection of: Street Art NYC
This piece shows 2 skeletal hands coming together forming a type of bridge. Shape and color are two important elements here giving the illusion of a rainbow. The shape of the hands gives the arch and then the colts on the fingers form the rainbow. Sort of saying you can find the beauty in something that might be seen as otherwise at first.
Light Drift, J. Meejin Yoon, Photo Courtesy of J. Meejin Yoon, MY Studio, 2010-10-15, From the collection of: Mural Arts Philadelphia
This piece is more of an interactive piece to help bring the community together. As people sit on the orbs on and it help to change the colors of those in the water. The more people to interact, the more patterns they can create. Color plays a very important role, helping to catch people's eyes as they walk by and get them interested.
Phlegm, From the collection of: Street Art London
This piece looks sort of like a flying submarine or a blimp, carrying what seems to be important items to the artist. The color is important, the blue in the background (either representing the sky or the sea), creates a nice contrast with the objects that are supposed to be in focus. It has a surrealism touch to it, with the eye in the telescope arm and the flying or moving objects.
Stik, Stik, From the collection of: Street Art London
This piece shows two sort of stick figures holding hands as they are walking down the street. It is hard to tell what they are feeling because they have no facial expressions. They seem to be moving at a leisurely pace by the posture of their legs. Just taking a stroll as many people do by that wall everyday.
Christiaan Nagel, Christiaan Nagel, From the collection of: Street Art London
This piece shows colored mushroom in a wall of a building. They are important because they bring attention to something that may be overlooked otherwise. Why would anyone look at the wall. They add a sense of mystery and wonder. The colors help bring a pop to it, make it seems like something fun.
SP52, INVADER, 2011/2013, From the collection of: São Paulo Street Art
This piece shows one of the space invader creatures being put on the wall by a pray paint can. It's interesting because the invader is a graffiti piece being "put up: by a graffiti spray paint can. The graffiti is in a sense graffiti. It makes you think a little bit, which is what street art is supposed to do I guess.
Mural by Banksy, Banksy, From the collection of: Global Street Art Foundation
This piece shows these words that this rat supposedly put up on the wall. It states "If graffiti changed anything it would be illegal," which makes you think. Because graffiti, especially pieces like this do change things. It changes the way that people think. And rats are normally seen as the lowest in society, outcasts, much like how street artists are, roaming the nights for where they can do their thing.
