This is a small descriptive glass in the form of a duck with a rounded-out body, wings drawn back on its sides, a distinctive tail, and a spherical head turned down with the beak attached to the body of the glass. At the bottom we note a base or small rectangular plinth with a flat bottom. At the end of the duck’s tail and loin there is a slanted bell-shaped spout for pouring. An arced handle connects the spout to the head. The finish is fine and of orange-ochre color.

The piece is painted with black varnish with details of the animal brought forth with fine and precise brushstrokes. On the wings, a series of horizontal lines indicate the plumage, preceded by a vertical band of roe and a palmette. In a similar fashion, the head, beak, and eyes are also detailed with strokes of the same varnish. Another band of roe decorates the base.
