[government] (a) children & pregnant mothers (b) feeding free of charge needy school children. More than 4 m. (c) opening schools to all children. N.B. (d) building 1000 house[s] every 2½ days. (e) upgraded & built about 500 clinics (f) 1000 electric connections every day. More than 58% of our people now have electricity. (g) brought clean & healthy water to more than 4.3 million people.
