    (h) Three Black generals are commanding the Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga & Northern Cape. One black general is Chief of Staff of SANDF. (i) Brought security of tenure on farms to 6 million tenants. (j) R3 billion for poverty alleviation. (k) brought down rate of inflation. brought down budget deficit. (l) put our economy on sound economic fundamentals. Yet, according to the interview, Ndungane accused us of lack of concern for the same people for whom they had fought during the struggle against apartheid. Yet 2.6 million people receive some form of social security – one of the most effective poverty alleviation
