Sonoran Institute of Culture

The Sonoran Institute of Culture is a public is a decentralized organization endorsed to the Education and Culture bureau of the state of Sonora, which main purpose is to promote comprehensive cultural development whithin the region, hoping to contribute to the promotion and cognition of the cultural plethora of humanity, particularly that of Sonora´s , through the design and execution of specific projects and programs of research, training, creation, production and cultural promotion in the region.
