Little by little
The lower part of the premises was not rented at first, but the room at the back was available. Little by little they took over part of the courtyard to become what is now Broka.
The restaurant grew be expanding onto its inner courtyard to the point of becoming a classic of the Colonia Roma neighborhood. It currently enjoys a natinal gastronomical reputation.

Fresh and delicious
The base is cooked beans, garnished with tortilla-ash aguachile, which is made with lemon, habanero chili, ginger and celery. The nopal (prickly pear) is cured in salt and a little lemon is added to it. In addition, a little olive oil is added to it to be mixed.
