The Family Concert Series engages children by telling stories through music. Each concert has a theme and several even have characters and narrators to help tell the story.

In addition to the Family Concert Series, the ASO produces a Music for the Very Young series for children ages five and under.

MVY is a chamber series with a small group of musicians, which teaches the youngest audience members about melodies, harmonies and rhythms.
