Zahrah is a girl born with dada hair (dreadlocks)—a sign of windseeker abilities. Zahrah and her friend, Dari embark on a dangerous journey to the Forbidden Greeny Jungle where Zahrah was able to overcome her fears and confront her powers.
9. Noor (2021)
Anwuli Okwudili is a young disabled Igbo woman who prefers to be called AO. AO uses cybernetic prosthetics for her disability. After being attacked in a marketplace, AO fights back and ends up killing several men. Wanted for murder, she flees together with a Fulani man she met.
10. The Book of Phoenix (2015)
Phoenix is a genetically modified superhuman with accelerated growth and incredible powers. She was created in a research facility, where she has spent her entire life as a test subject. She rebels against her captors and meets others like her in her quest for freedom.
