Anacleto (1996/1996) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
This exhibition presents a production very different from what we are used to seeing by famous photographer Nino Migliori. As an authoritative and acclaimed Italian artist, his research has ranged among different media, including jewelry design.
Orantes (1994/1994) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
It is a series of jewels often made with precious materials but also with everyday and poor objects in which one can find a great coherence with his work.
Agrippina (1989/1989) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Like this Armilla in gold, which can be observed here in a 3D model.
16 2 53 (2013/2013) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Or this brooch in gold and garnets.
Barracuda (1991/1991) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
The artist overturns the compositional processes, subverts the rules by inserting uncontrollable elements such as flames and voluntary breakages into his artistic work.
Wing (1989/1989) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
The result harks back to some of his photographic experiments from the 1950s, such as the Pyrograms, in which he acted on the film with fire, producing alterations in the final images.
Cleopatra (1988/1988) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Bracelet, gold, silver and coral.
Whisk (2014/2014) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Brooch, plastic, coral and onyx.
Horn of Plenty (1995/1995) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Brooch-pendant with removable stone, gold and agate.
Catering (2014/2014) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Nino Migliori's jewels are unique sculptures, capable of conveying his enormous experimental power, but also irreverent objects that ironically betray a tradition of precious heirlooms, challenging and winking at contemporary design.
Belfagor (1992/1992) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Thumb ring, gold and garnets.
Medusa (2014/2014) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Brooch, plastic and phosphorescent stone.
Cleopatra (1988/1988) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Of some of these jewels the author created Imago mentis, digital photographs where he intervened to create the effect of an explosion of colors and lights.
Agrippina (1989/1989) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Barracuda (1991/1991) by Nino MiglioriAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
Nino’s jewels appear here as a photographic re-reading of the materials and of the process used for their creation within his studio, where everything becomes possible.

Metaverso (2024/2024) by Vitruvio Virtual RealityAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
The jewels, reproduced in 3D and freely interpreted by Vitruvio Virtual Reality, become natural elements or out-of-scale sculptures, they are not part of the space: they are its foundation.
Metaverso (2024/2024) by Vitruvio Virtual RealityAssociazione Amici della Fondazione Hospice Seràgnoli Onlus
In the Metaverse guests are not just visitors. They are encouraged to interact with the environment and invited to take photos. Each photo unlocks new levels of the virtual space.
