Migrant Suitcases

These suitcases represent the escape of the Franks and thousands of Jews who were forced to flee from Nazi Germany. They also speak to the present to honor the migrants who are journeying today around the world in search of peace and integrity.

It is a recreation of the room that was in the back of the house. Every detail has been carefully crafted to provide an atmosphere that immerses us not only in the era but also in the daily life of the eight hidden individuals.

“The Secret Annex”

It is during her time in hiding that Anne Frank writes most of her diary, in which she shares her deepest feelings, dreams and disappointments.
