Jacques Moeschal (1913-2004) was born in Uccle, Belgium. He gave classes at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts and the National School of Architecture and Visual Arts in Brussels.
This piece with large dimensions in the Route, made of reinforced concrete standing at a height of more than 17 meters. Situated on the most ancient archeological foundation of Mesoamerica.
Without a doubt this piece once again became the symbol representing the Route for its size and its location at the entrance to the Olympic Village.
it’s made up of a base and spreads up in the shape of an unclosed “earring” with a gap at the top. The work of art maintains its original dark green color.
