This online art tour, which is facilitated by Park Eun-young (former Korean Broadcasting System, KBS news caster) as a special docent, offers an up-close encounter with Lee Ungno.
Lee Ungno, a key figure in contemporary Korean art, newly applied the tools typically associated with Eastern painting to the realm of contemporary abstract painting. He was also an individual who showed great courage and refused to give up, despite the many difficulties he faced throughout his lifetime.
To give viewers a more vivid and complete experience of Lee Ungno’s artistic and personal journey, the art tour will be conducted in two parts: 'The Life of Artist Lee Ungno' and 'The Artistic World of Lee Ungno.'
