The band was captured by the lens of Ouri Pota, a photographer and admirer of Mozambican music. His work presents a snapshot
of regional musical performances, highlighting the culture and audiovisual
productions of Mozambican artists and musicians.

In 2012, GranMah won a public tender to open the Mozambique Music Awards, with its first single, Starlight Stardust. Their second single and first official music video called I Got To Move appeared on all national TV channels, as well as on international channels, such as the SABC and Trace Toca.
