18 en Scènes, a unifying festival

Between 2006 and 2010 the festival has headlined emerging artists in the legendary venues of the Parisian district

Born from the initiative of Enrico Della Rosa, co-founder of the Mila and the City Hall of the 18th district, the first edition of the festival 18 en scènes was held from September 3rd to 9th 2006.

At the time, the Mila had not yet opened up to the other professions in the music industry and only included record labels. With this festival, the city council confirms its support to the companies by helping them to present on stage artists from their catalogs.

The other ambition of the festival was to create a federative moment between the labels, the numerous venues, the inhabitants of the district and the artists. PBox, the concert organizer of Rue Messager, was in charge of the production.
