Head Over Heels (2012)

An Academy nominated animation by filmmaker,  Timothy Reckart. The story is a sad, but heartfelt stop-motion animation about a couple at odds with one another.

A husband and wife live parallel lives with the husband living on the floor, while the wife lives on the ceiling. When the husband tries to rekindle their relationship, the house comes crashing down and both have to find a way to put their marriage back  together.

Honey On Wounds (2014)

During the Kosovo War, thousands of women were taken captive by Serbian soldiers, tortured and forced to watch the execution of their husbands. Widows of Kosovo are forbidden to remarry, work, or lead an independent life outside their homes.

This powerful documentary shows women coming together to grieve their loss and recover from trauma. Fighting depression and poverty, councillors try to convince the women that the beginning of their healing journey starts with beekeeping.

Gjyla Hyseni lost her husband to the Kosovo War and found solace in beekeeping. Hyseni has a strong bond with her bees, which is contrasted by the sacrificial slaughter of lambs on a memorial day.

Blending two forms of animation, the film follows Alan, a retired accountant who believes the define gift of precognition has been bestowed upon him. Alan becomes completely obsessed with his newfound abilities, while he increasingly frustrates his wife Wendy.

One More Kiss (2012)

One More Kiss is a heartbreaking documentary about two rich personalities parting ways. For the past 50 years, Taki and Tina have had a turblulant marriage filled with love, hatred and accusations of infidelity.

Tina's dementia, relentless verbal abuse, and constant attention she requires take a toll on Taki, causing him to make a difficult decision.

The documentary follows Taki as he prepares to leave for Cyprus, whilst Tina is being prepared for a nursing home. It goes into the existential reality of relationships and love. A simple yet deeply emotional look at old age, with moments of beauty, tragedy, and humour.
