The project of the National Library of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is urged to promote reading of books, to introduce the opinions of readers about the benefits of reading. The exhibition is accompanied with quotes from Mortimer Adler (1902-2001) of the American philosopher, teacher, popularizer of humanitarian education.

The creator of videos Maya Boitunova spent a lot of time in the library in her childhood. Now she is a student of a technical university in Moscow. Maya likes taking pictures and making videofilms. In the project, five characters residents of Yakutsk: student photographer, agro - bloger, ballet dancer, law student, yoga instructor - volunteer.

Katya is involved in photographing, she is studying in St. Petersburg. She likes books in an unusual performance and attaches great importance to the external design of books.

Agro-blogger
Margarita Vasilyevna Karpova is a well-known horticulture blogger in Yakutia. She has her own channel on YouTube. Margarita has six children. She grew up in a family of meteorologists who had a tradition of buying books to replenish their home library.

Ballerina
Angelina Sivtseva is a ballet dancer. She graduated the Yakut Choreographic School named after Akseniya and Natalia Poselskikh. Angelina believes that reading helps her better convey to the audience the essence, meaning and characters of the dance performance, to show the feelings of the characters. From early childhood, she loves to read fairy tales and encyclopedias.

Svetlana Yumshanova is a law student, she is studying in Moscow. Svetlana believes that the ability to express thoughts well is very important for her profession. This skill is developed through reading, which enriches vocabulary, teaches to express all feelings and emotions.

Tamila Taipova works as a chief accountant in medicine field, she is a senior instructor of the classical yoga school “Jiva Shakti”. She has two daughters. Tamila is an organizer of the “Seva” charity society in Yakutsk. She is vegetarian and leads a healthy lifestyle. The main hobbies of her life are travelling.
