Yeoman Warder Amanda Jayne Clark has served as a Yeoman Warder - one of  the sovereign's bodyguard -  at the Tower of London since 2017.  Here she is pictured wearing her blue 'Undress' uniform emblazoned with the cypher of King Charles III.

The 'Undress' uniform is the daily uniform that the Yeoman Warders wear when on duty at the Tower of London. It comprises a tunic shirt which would have originally been worn under armour.

The front of the tunic features the cypher of Queen Elizabeth II.

The name badge has the warrant, represented by a embroidered lion and unicorn embracing the crown. Amanda Clark was a warrant officer, one of the highest non-commissioned ranks in the British Armed Forces.

Yeoman Warders have all served at least 22 years in the Armed Forces. Also on the uniform are ribbons that represent Amanda's service medals from her time in the Army.

The Yeoman Warder uniform includes a Tudor bonnet. This hat features a replica of a Tudor rose on the front. Find out who redesigned the bonnet, what it was modelled after and a special feature in the top, in the following video clip.
