The non-profit LetterFarms calls for ‘Nurturing Relationships’ and promotes Emotional Intelligence in the Education & Corporate sectors using the powerful tool of handwritten letters.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, we are a tribe of thinkers, makers and doers who are on a tall task of bringing people from diverse backgrounds together to harness the power of the ordinary making extra-ordinary statements that matter to societies and nations – all heartfelt and handwritten!
We are the proud creators and curators of the ongoing CHANGE150 project to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, dearkalamsir community art project counted among the largest handwritten postcard tribute campaign for a public leader ever for the people’s president Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, DreamNation workshops aimed at uniting our country with handwritten dreams of the young, and the Write-Drop-Crop Bootcamps that inspire the young to take their first step towards nurturing relationships.
To our credit are two award-winning books published by Bloomsbury India: Dear Kalam Sir and Dreamnation both of which have been featured in various literature festivals across India. Twice part of the renowned Kochi Muziris Biennale - Asia’s largest exhibition of contemporary art, LetterFarms has successfully collaborated with national icons such as Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Dr. Kiran Bedi, Padma Vibhushan NR Narayana Murthy and Padma Shri Piyush Pandey among others.
