literacy rates in each country, according to CIA and UNESCO estimates:
Cabo Verde; Guinea Bissau; São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste
Angola; Mozambique and Portugal
Portugal and Brazil: The value of 100% of speakers was considered
Angola: A higher rate was considered (+1 percentage point)
Timor-Leste: A lower rate was considered, since literacy may have been done in another language, namely in Bahasa.
