Pan y Vino (Bread and Wine)
A drink by Santiago Pardo with a clear Argentinian stamp. It is made with wine from the traditional Criolla grape, herbal maté syrup, and yerba maté kombucha, and garnished with a sprig of mint.
Miguel Yulan
A bartender from Salta who also puts local products center stage, in this case the excellent Torrontés wine from the town of Cafayate. “Torrontés is my favorite grape for creating wine cocktails because it adds freshness, and floral and fruity notes,” explains Miguel.
Puna Sour
The Salta-style reinvention of the classic Pisco Sour, featuring Torrontés wine. It also contains lemon juice, egg white, and herbs from Puna, among other ingredients.

A famous bartender from the province of Mendoza, the great capital of Argentinian wine. In many of his creations, Luis Morales invites us to discover the land, the products, and the climate experienced at the particular time of year of the grape harvest in Mendoza.

Estío de Terroir (Terroir Summer)
This is the name of one of the most original creations by Luis Morales. The drink features Chardonnay wine but also contains gin from the region of Perdriel, grapefruit juice, pineapple and pear syrup, and soda, among other things.

This visionary bartender from the coastal city of Mar del Plata specializes in creating original summery drinks, to match the intense heat of his city in the summer months. Perfect cocktails to enjoy at the seaside.
Red Pinot
This is a drink inspired by the Spanish Tinto de Verano (red wine and lemonade). It has a very Argentinian feel thanks to the use of Pinot Noir wine, a typical grape in Patagonia that is spreading to different regions. It also contains gin and vanilla syrup, among other things.
