A collection of over 70 Atlanta based artists who have come together to showcase multiples

Jourdan's whimsical sculptures were one of the highlights of this exhibition! From these rainbow cones to the melted cones on pedestals, they brought pops of color to the show!

Prints by studio artist, Kymberly Day. Their work primarily focuses on western motifs and modernizing it with urban imagery.

MINT incorporates as many MINT family artists as possible when large shows are happening.
Fun fact, in the bottom of each Rebecca Layson beetle cup is another beetle. Surprise!

While MerriMINT focuses on the sale of multiples, MINT couldn't resist showing original paintings by one of our studio artists.

Walls were filled to the brim with work! MINT was showing well over 300 individual pieces of art in the gallery at this time.

It is all in the details! Maria Bruckman ceramics were a big hit during the holiday season.

Interim Executive Director, Jessica Helfrecht, did an amazing job curating little moments like this wall. The color accents are so compelling.

Many of the artists are students at Georgia State University. MINT partnered with the university's Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design. Each piece was marked with a blue sticker.

More than ever before

Artists have crated over 250 series which include ceramics, jewelry, photography, printmaking, paintings, sculpture, and functional art. This was MINT's largest recorded exhibition to date.

The variety of items shown during MerriMINT started at prints of paintings, circled around ceramics, and did a loop-de-loop at banana wall hangings.

These confessionals are fully functional! on a small piece of paper insert your confession then drop a lit match into the hole where it may burn.

The magic of MerriMINT was once pieces were sold out, the staff would get to rearrange the space a little every time. Nothing was ever in the same place twice.

MerriMINT was so successful that MINT has decided to regularly show ceramics in the gallery space.

These Kymberly Day pieces (bottom left and bottom middle) were collage on panel then painted on top. The layering of materials allows for the objects to appear three-dimensional.

Multiples on Multiples

Artists who participated in MerriMINT received a total of over $9000 in commissions. We call that a successful exhibition!
