ENOA is a European network of opera academies that supports and accompanies artists from the opera sector -creatives and performers- in the development of their professional careers.

Currently, it has 12 members and 9 associate members, including the most important European opera institutions.

ENOA aspires to promote, support and share innovative opera projects, transmitting new narratives that are committed to contemporary society.

To do this, ENOA includes personalized stays in the institutions of the network and opens the world of opera to artists with no experience in the sector or to those who come from other disciplines such as jazz, theater, dance, poetry, etc.

ENOA also eliminates other artistic and financial obstacles or unconscious prejudices that may hinder new forms of artistic expression in the world of opera.

Through theoretical and practical workshops, its main objective is to cultivate the training of creative artists and performers and guarantee their occupational integration.

Working on issues of equality and diversity to raise awareness and transform practices in the sector in terms of creation, programming, selection and communication.

Since 2009, ENOA has supported more than 1,500 artists, developed and launched European tours of 17 opera productions, 12 of which were world premieres.

In 2021, Les Arts hosted "Moving Opera: a workshop for choreographers" with Ariadna Montfort & Estela Merlos. An opportunity for participants to try new forms and new narratives of choreography within the world of opera.
