TORINO GRAPHIC DAYS vol. 01

What the heck is Graphic Design? What is the point? The first edition of the festival aims to retrace the steps of graphic design by analyzing its icons through the lenses of irreverence and nonconformism. Information, seduction and involvement are the main themes we have chosen to rethink the paradigms and investigate the importance of visual communication. BOOM THE ICONS is the key of all events on program. Through the explosion of established icons we will try to analyze the paradigms and explore the limits of visual communication. The festival offers a journey of discovery, exploring the main characters of contemporary graphic design that managed to break the mold and produce beyond their limitations.

TORINO GRAPHIC DAYS vol. 02

Torino Graphic Days vol. 02 is Universal identities. The 2017 festival’s edition aims at analysing, sharing and amplifying the influence of visual communication to represent the plurality of our contemporary world. Graphic design is a universal communication tool: it overcomes both linguistic and cultural barriers of different countries. Each culture is characterized by a visual heritage which includes globally recognized symbols both as expressions of a specific identity or as universal concepts.

TORINO GRAPHIC DAYS vol. 03

Graphic design has a dual nature: it mixes rigour with experimentation and creativity to create an ever evolving scenario. Torino Graphic Days vol. 03 visual identity is meant to enhance and to examine this dual inclination through an experimental approach, using a playful tone. Using the ludic language as a universal communication field, the festival aims to be an open event mixing irony, fun and curiosity. A place where professionals, enthusiasts and kids of all ages can discover communication, visual design and art playing with us.
