The annals of Goryeo Dynasty is the main surviving historical record of Korea's Goryeo dynasty. This stands out in terms of history, cultural history, and printing technology.

It is evaluated as an important source material for the study of the Goryeo period. Also, the original historical data are contained without distortion, in so doing the historical objectivity is excellent. 

The cultural system of Goryeo are well recorded so that you can understand the Goryeo culture. In addition, it is a material that can understand the difference between the first and the reprint of the other annals of Goryeo Dynasty.

The map of the Gwanbuk province (present-day Hamgyeong-do Province) is thought to have been made sometime between 1738 and 1753, judging by the way the geographical locations are marked. 

Notably, it marks the villages and strategic locations in Gwanbuk during the Joseon period. The map marks each myeon (local administrative unit) in detail, and the margin of each page is filled and includes a wealth of information.

This folding screen is a record of period-piece drawing depicting a scene of celebration held by Chunghunbu (the Office of Loyalty and Rewards) in November, 1604.

The folding screen depicting the celebratory event held for old and new meritorious retainers deserves to be designated as the National Treasure for its historic and artistic value and being the only one of its kind to remain in this period.

This is considered to be a rare document that can confirm how the Korean Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea tried to cover the funds and how it made contact with domestic maintenance and independence activists.

The original Buddhist Protocols including the Origins, Ceremonies and Procedures of Universal Dedication Rituals is a book written in 1270 by Jiban, a monk from the Southern Song Dynasty in China.

The Protocols are quite valuable to grasp the research of Buddhist rituals and the publication of Buddhist books at the time and the collection is designated as a heritage of Busan.

This album contains fourteen landscapes painted by Kim Yun-gyeom to record some of the most appreciated scenic sites in the area around present-day Busan and Gyeongnam. 

'김윤겸 필 영남기행화첩'은 18세기 후반 경상도 지역의 실경을 알 수 있는 대표작인 점, 김윤겸의 작품 수 14점이 한 화첩에 모은 유일한 사례인 점, 그리고 실제 경치를 압축해 개성 있고 과감하게 보여주는 화법이 독창적인 점을 인정받아 2017년 보물로 지정되었습니다.

Haneom Lee Deok-hyeong is a historical figure who escorted the king up to Jeongju during the Japanese Invasion of Korea. 

Lee's gun-juvenile eyes and naturally closed mouth make us guess the upright personality. The delicate and lively expression of the eyes, beard, and pupil of the iris with a very thin brush is a unique feature of our portraits, which is rare in the Western portraits.

This sundial is a scientific relic that shows the excellence of sundial manufacturing technology in the late Joseon Dynasty.

 It showed that it had Seoul’s latitude as the standard. The name of the manufacturer (Kang Yoon) and the year of manufacture (1870) are engraved on it, making it academically valuable as a sundial.

The set of Korean helmet and epaulets is rare all around the world. They are recognized for their outstanding craftsmanship through colorful and sophisticated decorations, and for showing the technique of making them around the end of the 18th century compared to other pitches.
