MUSEU D'ART MODERN DE TARRAGONA

In 1944, with the Julio Antonio Prize for Sculpture and the Tapiró Prize for Painting, the Diputació de Tarragona introduced awards for the promotion of artistic creation. This award was initially an annual one, before it became the Biennial Art Exhibition we know today.
