The students of the Gastroartology® course at Yeditepe University's Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts use a fresh perspective while looking at kitchen supplies, having the concept of metamorphosis as their starting point. Metamorphosis is the concept of transformation of a living being into another. Transformation, or shapeshifting, is also a concept that is discovered by visual artists and adopted as a method frequently.
Our perspective is directly related to how we conceive something. What makes this photograph that is taken by students of the Gastroartology® course at Yeditepe University's Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts is not only the stunning shapes of the bell pepper, but also daring to look at it in such a way. Can we call that visual taste? What do you think?
