His inclination towards distinct elements of artistic creation found validation through his creative journey. Bohomazov desired the analytical dissociation of the form finalized in the artistic synthesis, as noted by Eduard Dimshyts.

Beyond his artistic endeavors, Bohomazov worked in education. He taught drawing and painting in art schools and universities. As a teacher, Bohomazov had a significant impact on his students. His dynamic and unconventional teaching style inspired many artists to explore new artistic directions and break away from traditional norms. Some of his students later became influential artists in their own right.
