Clause Percalab Pond
A clause is a dam on the rivers used for rafting the forest through low-water mountain rivers. Clause Percalab holds 180 thousand cubic meters of water and is more than 140 years old.

In the 1970s, the last forest draft was performed, and now the Clause is home to some Red Book species, such as the crested newt and the alpine newt.

Hetmansky National Nature Park
Hetmansky National Nature Park is located in the south-east of the Sumy region, all along the 122 kilometers of the Vorskla River, which is a perfect spot for water tourists and whitewater canoeists. Apart from Vorskla, 12 more rivers flow through the park.
143-kilometer-long routes of the park give people the opportunity to explore its nature, which includes more than 2,500 animal and 1,000 plant species.
The park’s wooded areas include Lithuanian pine barrens with sphagnum bog and a forest that is over 200 years old.

Lower Dniester National Nature Park
Lower Dniester National Park is located down the Dniester River in the Odesa region. Local territories are made up of watery landscapes with an estuary, lakes, floodplain meadows, reeds growing in the waters and floodplain forests.
The banks of the Dniester and Turunchuk Rivers, as well as forest areas, are inhabited by many animals typical to such nature, among which are 250 types of birds. During the migration, around 14 thousand birds appear at the estuary belonging to the park.

Pictured is the Adzhigol lighthouse, the highest lighthouse in Ukraine. It is located in the southeastern part of the Dnieper estuary. It was built in 1911, according to the project of Volodymyr Shukhov.
