Patrick Henry's Red Hill is the last home and burial place of Virginia's first elected governor. As the National Memorial dedicated to Patrick Henry, Red Hill showcases the lives of the Henry family, as well as the Black communities, both enslaved and free, who resided on the estate for more than two centuries.
Red Hill features exhibits of Patrick Henry's restored buildings, artifacts, and the National Champion Osage orange tree. The site provides guided tours, special events, and educational outreach programs.
